About radio control helicopter PCB circuits and more

Throughout this article you will learn to develop printed radio control helicopter circuit boards for our projects, using readily available items, and will have a very professional finish.

You can print radio control helicopter board in no time. In addition, you can learn how to maneuver and modify PCB aspects. The elements needed are pretty basic. Thus, to address the PCB, we have at hand a number of elements that are essential for the task.

First, we need a laser printer or a photocopier. As we will see, the toner is printing to form our PCB tracks, so the drawing of tracks that can be performed with a specialized program such as Eagle or any of those used by hobbyists members or even with Microsoft Paint himself included in all versions of Windows.

The printing must be laser to deposit tonner on glossy paper. It should then be printed with a laser printer. If you do not have one, we can use any printer, and then bring the form to a photocopier and make a copy. Photocopies are also made using toner, so that by this process we will do an original for our radio control helicopter PCB. We also buy in a store specializing in electronic components (where we bought the ingredients for our circuits) PCB plate virgin, right size for our project. These plates are generally made of Pertinax get or fiberglass. Both are great, hence, either serves. Make sure that you have only one side charged, unless we want to do a double-sided PCB.

Also buy a quart of per chloride iron (or ferric chloride, the name can vary from place to place, but it is the same substance), which is the element that attack the copper surface to remove all the radio control helicopter parts that do not need.

To condition the virgin plate going to need some cleaning powder and a little steel wool, the same as those used for washing pots and pans, which we use to make it clean and degrease the surface of the plate. We have at hand a sheet of paper illustration, as explained later.

Finally, we need some tools or accessories, such as a hole with a drill and a 1.00 mm 0.75 mm, a plastic container in which between our plate, a metal in which between the plastic container, saw cutting metals and iron, the iron normally used for our clothes.

The per chloride we use can save it for another plate, since in general, and depending on the surface of the radio control helicopter PCB madeBusiness Management Articles, can be used several times. When you notice that the time needed to finish the job is too large (25 or 30 minutes) will be the time to buy another can of per chloride.
