Baking Christmas Cards

How to make a card that looks and smells like your favourite cookies!

As you look around the house for decorations for your cards, you might pick up flowers or stones, but have you ever stopped in the kitchen!? There are many resources in the kitchen that can really "spice" up your cards.

Around Christmas gingerbread is a popular treat. So why not compliment that with a gingerbread card? Here is an example of how creative you can get with your cards.

Here is a card created over the holiday season. It gives the theme of baking gingerbread cookies turned into a christmas card.

The "cutouts" are made from aluminum foil manipulated into shape. The background is a soft pastel complimented with sprinklings of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Finally, the "merry christmas" was written in flour. Draw in glue the words that you want written, and sprinkle flour on top for a good hold.

When the card is finished it should look like a counter baking cookies. And with the spices already on top, it should smell pretty awesome as well!

You can do this with any type of cookieComputer Technology Articles, just get creative!
