Article SubmissionFashion as a concept differs very drastically from community to community as well as from individual to individual. The thought of fashion is not only modified through demographic backgrounds and ethnic backgrounds but also by financial and social standings. This is only practical. Most styles throughout time fulfilled a purpose other than only style. Mexicans wear sombreros to stay out of the bright sun and the Irish wear wool to keep dry and warm. Clothing and accessories choices are influenced by differing environmental and human influenced factors. Fashion is not only a personal choice but an thought shared by many societies as a whole.

Individual people choose to wear what they demand but are also limited to what might be acceptable to the society in which they dwell. Many societies throughout the globe do not condone scantily clad ladies and therefore ladies tend to dress in less revealing shirts. While this is the case for different societies many others see the female body as a beauty to behold leading to more revealing clothing that accentuates the feminine form. Other societies such as tribal Africans do not buy their clothes from stores and therefore wear only what is provided in their environment and purely use the natural resources around them to make their own clothes and usually have sensible trends that are conducive to a lifestyle that is closer to the earth. Many persons all over the globe male and female are judged by their own cultures by what they decide to wear. Fashion itself if merely an concept believed by an individual or shared by several.
