Three phone lines are ringing simultaneously, the office is laughing with news of your latest gaffe, and your boss is screaming at you for accidentally offering his diabetic client apple sugar. You’re feeling sick, and the babysitter has just quit. Basically, it’s one of those days. What do you do? Easy. You quit. You tell your boss to get lost, and walk out. And then what?
