Use of chemical reactions on stuffed animals is not very recommended as most chemical solutions tend to react and discolor the toy.

Mending should also be done when the toy animal is torn. Always use the right threads that match the toy color to avoid disfiguring it by placing patches with contrasting colors. It’s always good to teach your kid on how to handle the toy properly to avoid damaging it. Children should play carefully with pins that act as noses or ears or any decoration on the stuffed animal to maintain its quality and make it last for long. It’s also advisable to buy your children more than one stuffed animals as playing with one toy may limit its life span.
