Luxury Apartments. These are generally in the best areas, located near great areas, sometimes bars, sometimes stadiums. Social Apartments. Apartments that have multiple amenities that allow for socializing or fun, such as basketball courts, pools, cabanas, and a gym. These can also take the size of an apartment complex near a place of higher education, where a lot of people will go for their sophomore or junior living stay in college.

Small Apartments. Sometimes apartment areas will come in; a set of four to five instead of the bigger, hundred-people complexes that you commonly find. These may seem houses, but aren't. They tend to be of small quality, but they can still be a swell option If you pick something right.

Low-Expense Apartments. These will normally have a less acceptable vibe, as low expense areas tend to have. You can save some money here but you may not feel as great at night, or leaving your doors unlocked. There can definitely be things that defy the norm and good people, but generally, these are an option most people want to avoid.
