When it comes to MLM Marketing there are literally dozens if not hundreds of ways that you can do this. One of the best ways and the beautiful thing about this business is word of mouth marketing. It’s free and allows anyone with a burning desire to go forth and build a large MLM empire. Of course there are many other ways to market now days including the power of the Internet.

At my company “The Deck Chair Millionaires” we have pioneered the phrase “The New Age Of Network Marketing” because that’s exactly what is happening out there in the industry today. We no longer have to hassle friends and family, cold call or go door knocking.

The power of the Internet, the rise and popularity of MLM and the amount of people out there hurting and looking for an opportunity right now have created a massive Home Business Boom and in particular MLM. Tap into the new age of MLM Marketing and you will find yourself with a successful business.

The 2nd best way that we are generating hundreds of leads per week for our MLM business is through social media.

WARNING: Posting Facebook update status, Twitter status and in-boxing people on Facebook about your MLM business is the fastest way to fail.

To take you through how social media can work for you and be a powerful MLM marketing tool would take me about 60 pages of notes and besides you will learn better by watching our videos step by step rather than massive amounts of text.

But in short, Social Media works best by attraction marketing. You will need a Twitter page, Facebook Fan Page and a Youtube account at the very least. Build a list of fans, friends, followers and subscribers into those accounts. Always remember to be yourself. That is your number 1 strength, there is only 1 of you and no one else can replicate that.

Post about your life regularly, at least 3 times per day. Eating out, holidays, pets, family, business, motivation etc. Your whole social media goal is to get in front of a lot of the right people. Get them to like you, know you and trust you. Provide value and credibility so that you are the sort of person they would like to go into business with. If you are always writing on Facebook that “life sucks” do you think anyone will want to join your business? No. If you are posting photos about your latest holiday and saying “life is great” people will be thinking they want that lifestyle I need to look into this person and what they are doing.

Combine your posts and links with value, motivation, personal and business. Don’t try and sell, sell, sell on social media. Only 1 in 10 posts should be primarily focused on your specific business.

Think of Social media like this: The Social media platform is a party and you have been invited. You don’t go up to strangers or friends for that matter and say, “Hey my name is Aaron, do you want to join my MLM business?” You just wouldn’t do that. You would shake hands, introduce yourself and start up a relationship and go from there. Social media is the same.

Points to remember with your social media MLM marketing:

1) Invite and attract the right people into your circle. Network Marketers, Business people, entrepreneurs etc.

2) Do not inbox people about your business that you have never built a relationship to some degree with. That is the fastest way to be “unfriended,” deleted and loses all credibility.

3) Link Youtube, twitter and Facebook all together so that when you post on one platform it posts on all 3 to save you time and effort.

4) Post at least 3 times per day.

5) Be likeable and positive with your posts.

6) Add value and education to your followers.

7) As always aim to pick up the phone to anyone that enquires about your specific business or lifestyle.

8) Learn Facebook PPC.

The biggest online lead generator for us is Facebook ads or PPC. This is exploding for us right now. Combine this with your Facebook fan page, landing page, Blog and primary MLM business opportunity and you will have a good problem on your hands – how can I handle this many quality prospects all wanting to join my business!!
