The Truth About Using PLR - Private Label Rights
PLR or Private Label Rights has been around for quite a while. For some, it may have a bad rep, for others it's been a godsend that helped them elevate their internet marketing business to the next level. Which type are you? Using PLR correctly makes all the difference. There are those who will take a PLR article, copy and paste it into an article site and expect miracles. This is NOT how to use PLR. I'll let you in on a little secret – lean in now – this is BIG!
The A-#1 best thing about PLR is that... the research has been done for you! How many times have you spent hours researching what you need for one little 400 word article; or a new blog post – or even for a page on your website? I know I've spent hours on research and then it takes me 10-20 minutes to actually put it in article or blog post format. Using PLR as your research base will save you hundreds of hours of research time over the course of a campaign! How cool is that?
With the sophistication of the search engines today, they will know right away if you're copying and pasting a PLR article. That is NOT COOL! If you are going to use the article and post it as your own, you'll have to modify it. Minimally, you need to change the following:
The title The first paragraph (completely) Words and Phrases throughout the article The Resource area
If you're writing for EzineArticles – you'll need to do much more than that too! It's best to just use the RESEARCH at that point.
PLR ebooks are the prefect resource for
generating scads of articles in your niche too. The beauty of this
is, (in most niches) that it doesn't matter how old the ebook is
either. Weight Loss is weight loss. Today or ten years ago. The
basic and sound principles of solid, safe weight loss is still the
same. A good 60 page weight loss ebook probably has enough content
and RESEARCH, to give you 60 articles. Send each of those articles to
25 articles sites and you'll have – over 1
