For some, reaching the golden age simply means looking back at life with pride at the accomplishments in the past and enjoying financial security, after devoting a lifetime working for a better future. But this reality doesn't apply to most older people, as many are still living in financial distress, and struggling to stay afloat forces them to work even if it is time to take a rest in life.

But finding employment is difficult when age becomes a factor, not only because physical wear is a major issue but because employers look for younger and more qualified applicants.
