Is you time managementworking for your business right now?

Are you finding that you don’t have enough time to work your business and when you have the time you just jumping from one task to another?

You needto understand what is time management

If your saying to yourself “Yes Darren That’s me” then stop right now and take a look at how this can be improved as I have a plan that can get you very productive with just 1 hour a day.

So what is time management?

The first thing you should do is understand how to best serve your time and when its best to do it. If you work a shift pattern in your day job then work around this however the example that I’m going to place below is based upon regular 9-5 working hours and this is typical of how I suggest to people to use this time.

Let say you finish you day job around 5:00 to 5:30pm

Your journey home is 1hr

You have then time with your family or your cooking the evening meal

Once you’ve cleared away the meal and relaxed for a short while you now ready for your work.

This should be around 7 to 7:30pm

Now one of thee best ways to use this time is in blog posts and then article submission.

Lets say its takes you 30 Min’s to write and update on you blog. Once you have uploaded to your blog you then should use the same text for your article submission. Submit as many articles as possible.

Your now coming up to about 1 hr into your work on the business and you’ve made some major impact to your web site ,What is time management ? Articles your blog and the article site ranking….all in 1hr

Just think what you could do in 2hrs ?

Remember ….tell you friends and family that your at work right now for the next hour and you don’t want to be disturbed. Try to isolate yourself from the family room in this time so that you can concentrate on the task in hand.

Also…have a week planner at the side of you. Write down what your actually doing that evening and then at the end of the week you will see if your time has been made good.

The KEY to all of this is “Don’t Be Lazy”….get up off your ass and do something. There are SO many companies out there that pray on the lazy marketer and this will not only be of no benefit to you in the long run both financially and reputation wise, but also you will get bored doing and your always reliant on other people.

Make it happen

I hope this has been of some use to you
