If they do say no to the idea, it is not the end of the world, something else can be worked out.

Work at home moms can take on a full time or part time job. Whatever job is chosen needs to be fun and interesting to them and also needs to make some money at the same time. The greatest thing will be to see your children grow and not miss out on any of the milestones that can happen while you are away and they are in daycare. It also gives you the freedom when you are sick to not worry about being off work for the day.
