Beg Bug Egg Control Tips

All items should be washed in hot water with a strong detergent. The temperature of the water should work to kill off any eggs hidden in the fabrics. You may also consider simply throwing the fabrics in the dryer on high or medium for 10 to 20 minutes. The dryer can be used on it’s own or in conjunction with the washer.

Step 4 – Any items that are not suitable for the washer or dryer should be placed outside in a plastic bag. The bag should be in a spot with plenty of direct sunlight for a time span of at least a day. Use a thermometer to check the temperature. The bag should be no less than 120 degrees inside.
