1. The usual needs to be done- turn off the electricity connection.
2. Airflow could be blocked by foliage or accumulated debris, which would need trimming.
3. Use a soft bristle brush for vacuuming condenser fins.
4. Clean the fan in grille and be careful for electrical connections while doing it.
5. Take care of the lubrication port, (if needed) as told above.
6. Clean water hose by using some water pressure.
