I have been living in a small 3 bedroom townhouse for the past 2  years. I really loved the place – we had this tiny little back yard planted with rose bushes and gardenias. We also had a Labrador that walked all over them and had the incredible ability to piss me off in just a few minutes. Another very important inhabitant of our property was our tortoise,The Move Out Odyssey Articles Jim. He used to “run” after the kids in pursuit of their shoelaces – they proved  to be a delicacy for him.But all good things have to come up to an end sooner or later. The fairytale was over when my landlord came one Monday morning and told me that she was giving us 1 month notice to move out, as she would be selling the house to some mediocre German businessman who would pay immediately and she would never have to deal with tenants again for the rest of her life .We were all shocked as we were totally unprepared for the news. And that’s where the whole move out odyssey began.First of all my husband and I work full time and take care of 2 kids so you will easily understand how hard it was for us to  find time to read ads and call and visit different properties. Once this was sorted and we eventually signed a contract for a house in Eastern London. We thought that the biggest problem was solved, but it turned out that  we were just in the beginning stages. We had to hire removal services for all of the furniture (and believe me their prices were not reasonable at all), and we also had to call some gardeners to fix all the damages made by our kids and pets, but the hardest part was to deal with was the cleaning. Eventually, I realized that  there was too much to clean and my strength was at its limits, so I was not able to do anymore. Actually, I do believe that if I hadn’t googled post tenancy cleaner services London and hadn’t called a cleaning company for help, I would have been sick for at least a month as I had inhaled  the fumes of way too many types of detergents and had climbed for hours trying to reach the highest bedroom windows. So if you ever happen to be in a hurry to move out, I strongly recommend that you hire some professional tenancy cleaners services to assist with the  cleaning or it will be a huge health hazard for you.Luckily, it all ended up well and we are now enjoying the comfort of our new home.
