Another way of cleaning stuffed animals will be to remove the stuffing, wash the outer material and when dry, return the stuffing. This can be done by cutting through a small part of the stitches or if the doll comes with a zip, all you need is to unzip to get access to the stuffing. Drying the animals once cleaned should be done outside where there is enough circulation of air. Hang them on the clothes line using their ears.
