This is standard procedure, so if it is not possible, you should find out if you can at least use it a few nights before the ceremony. As long as you can use it in the days leading up to your vows, you should be fine since the people involved in it will know what is expected of them. If you cannot use the hall at all prior to the vows, you should look elsewhere, as it is important that you be able to use the space to rehearse so everyone knows what to do.
