Do you feel like your head is about to explode with all the data that is being thrown at you?

Are you completely overwhelmed with TOO MUCH information?

These are natural feelings when it comes to business on the internet. The world wide web is all about INFORMATION. But there comes a time when there is just too much to digest. More so for those who do business on the internet.

Some days I just have to delete half my email because I just can't read anymore "know-it-all" information. I call it "know-it-all",INFORMATION OVERLOAD Articles because it seems as though there are so many guru's out there who have the internet down pat, and have to sell us every single piece of information about it. Don't get me wrong. We need this information to learn, and to gain knowledge of what the internet is all about. But sometimes it just gets to be too much, and then we do not know what is right and what is wrong anymore. As the saying goes, "Too much studying floods the mind". And when there is a flood, there is disaster.

We all want to learn the most up-to-date information on the internet. Sometimes it is hard to keep up, so I here is a system that may help with the INFORMATION OVERLOAD. Before your head spins right off of your neck from TOO MUCH DATA, try this;

- make a new file on your desktop, and in your documents. Name it Information Overload.

- sub-categorize folders within your Information Overload Folder, which pertains to a lot of the email you get with information and you do not have time to read, or ENERGY to read. Name the folders as you go along, such as Autoresponder information, marketing information, advertising information. This is all stuff you do want to read, but your brain can't handle it at the moment.

- File all the emails and information into these files that you just cannot bare to open and read. Why read something that you are NOT into at that time.

This is a very simple system. When you get into the mood or you have the energy, start getting into one folder at a time and read the information. You can do this with ezines too. Sometimes you are just not in the mood to read it. However, you love the ezine, and fear there is something you will miss. Make a folder strictly for ezines, and then categorize each one after each ezine you are subscribed to. Makes things a whole lot easier when you read something that you are in the mood to read.

The information available on the internet is just overwhelming. No one is expected to keep up with it, and no is going to. There is just too much happening all the time to keep up the pace. That is the wonders of the world wide web. It never ceases to amaze me.
