• Create a blog post around that keyword

• Place the keyword in the title, in the first sentence of your post, and once for every 100 words within your post

• Download the free plugin for WordPress called All in One SEO. You will place your title, description and keywords within this plugin, very simple to figure out

• Join onlywire for free and set up the 40 accounts within onlywire, they again are free. This will take you a couple of hours but it is once and done with a lifetime of traffic and backlinks that you need. Be sure you click on tools in onlywire and drag their bookmaklet onto your Firefox toolbar

• Add a relevant image to your blog post

Now that your post is ready to be published you want to make sure you have at least 60 minutes to apply the following strategies. This is where you are going to get traffic and backlinks:

Go up to your toolbar and click on the onlywire bookmark and share button. Be sure all of the social media sites are checked, fill in your keywords where it says tags and place the first sentence of your blog post into the notes section, click post bookmark

Go to Facebook and join at least 10 groups within your niche. Simply type your niche into their search bar and you will find plenty of groups

Once you publish your blog post head over to Facebook, go into one of your groups, click on link and place the exact URL of your new blog post into the box. Facebook will fill in the title, description and image. Do this with at least 10 groups and you will generate plenty of backlinks and leads

Now head over to twitter and tweet your new blog post URL
