Web 2.0 Makes the Internet Invaluable for Network Marketers

How is internet marketing about to change as a result of the web2.0 development?

The internet is a huge part of our lives today, whether we're all ready for it or not. Almost anything you need to know can be found on the internet. Regardless of your question or debate, if you Google it, you're going to get an answer a lot quicker than with a trip to your local library. Online shopping is increasing as well with approximately 70% of the population doing their shopping online. Online businesses are started every day by ambitious entrepreneurs that know the future is on the internet. It's often said that anyone that's anyone is on the internet. Web 2.0 makes it very easy to be "anyone".

Web 2.0 makes the internet fun and easy to navigate and interact with others all over the globe. Everyone's heard of social network sites like Facebook, MySpace, Spoke or LinkedIn to name a few. What many don't realize, however, is how successful these sites can be for generating traffic and increasing your conversion rate to numbers you can only imagine. The Web 2.0 phenomenon has turned the internet into an advertiser's paradise, making the sites that many spend much of their day on anyways, and a perfect place to make sales. By leaving your URL there for visitors to see, they'll be able to come to your website.

LinkedIn is a popular social networking site designed for business owners, with over 39,000 members. It's site that allows business owners to interact and exchange information and share news in their business world. As popular as the social networking sites like Facebook, Spoke or MySpace may be, there is another network community site that is fantastic for generating traffic and sales for your business. This community site is blogging. Blogging may have been around for many years before Web 2.0 but it was the development of Web 2.0 that gave blogging sites and blogging a whole new meaning and changed the world of Sales forever.

Almost every business today has a website and if they don't, they're definitely not changing with the times. The ability to change with the times often means the difference between success and failure. For every company you see online, chances are good that you're going to see a blog site. Blogging sites give viewers and potential customers the opportunity to share news, ask questions, voice their concerns and often just get to know each other. It is because of the innovative technology of Web 2.0 that blogging sites are so valuable to network marketing and such a necessity in the world of sales. Blogging enables the business owner the opportunity to show their URL and generate traffic to their website.

Blogging sites and social networks offer features such as linking and tagging, which helps viewers easily get from one site to another. These are the very functions that have made Web 2.0 such a wonderful addition to our internet world. Whereas in the pastFree Articles, viewers would go to one website and were stuck there until chose to leave that site to go to another. Web 2.0 gives you the opportunity to quickly navigate to the site of your choice in your niche market by clicking on specific tags or links. Selling and making money has never been as easy as since the development of Web 2.0.
