Having the ability to live in the United Kingdom and work there legally for a while can have a lot of benefits. When it comes to the UK Tier 5 visa, you are able to live in and work within the UK for a maximum of two years. If you have a child that is over the age of 18 that you are no longer financially responsible for, then your application should still go through.

You must not have used the Youth Mobility scheme to visit to the UK before. Using this type of visa is considered a one-time only opportunity, so if you have done it before they will not likely let you do it again.
