Criteria #10 – the attorney is open minded and listens.

Criteria #11 – the attorney provides you with a definite plan of action.

Criteria #12 – the attorney returns phone calls within a reasonable time.

Criteria #13 – the attorney gives full attention to your case and does not entertain other clients when it is your time.
