One of the toughest situations for women to get rid of is getting out of a battered relationship.

Marriages that cannot be settled in any form of settlements reach the decision of getting a divorce to acquire total freedom from one another and avoid a harmful partner. The husband does not have any right at all to hurt his wife. With so much violence occuring even after the civil and family code law was implemented the congress passed another bill to protect women from physical abuse “The Women Rights against Violence” was published. Wife is a woman whom the man courted and treated as his precious jewel promise in the ceremony of marriage to take care good care of her for better or worse and until death do them apart were a mere bunch of lies words that came out of his mouth without any meaning at all nor sincerity in it. It is a shame that no laws can protect any women against violence as men did not take any notice of nor scared a little that his life be in jail. So sad to say that the law always comes late how nice if it comes before it occur the traumatic damage to women could have been avoided.

To all women the only thing many can say is take your time do not rush in marriage. It is better to make sure and wait for the right man to come along than suffer your entire life with a man who does not know how to take good care of you and value you as a woman. Yes you can sign legal forms that help you get a divorce but it is not a trial and error, do not be selfish think for your children as well not just yourself. Always remember that divorce could not be the answer to your marriage problem.
