Drivers go through hell when their cars got stuck in traffic everyday. What's even worst is when they will be caught and charged for a traffic infraction and be given a Florida traffic citation which is not their fault to take. When this happen, some just sit around and accept their loss. Alternately, there are some who are brave enough to stand for their rights and go to court.
