 Lease agreement forms are quite essential for all the landlords. Let me tell you one thing that the landlord goes for the lease agreement form in order to make sure that the tenant cannot double cross him. This is required too as well. After that period he will certainly be not allowed to take hold of the property unless and until the new agreement is signed between him and the landlord. You might feel that this is good for the landlord only. However, let me tell you that this is good for the tenant as well. The tenant will be quite confident after signing the agreement that he cannot be removed from the house before the lease period.

2.   The second point which is made quite clear in the form is that the tenant will be responsible for the well being of the house. Any damage done will be the responsibility of the tenant. He will have to pay the fine to the landlord. However he cannot do the repairing on his own. He will have to report to the landlord at first.
