every year such as renewal of the registration, renewal of the franchise and
renewal of the insurance of the vehicle. In such way the legality of the
vehicle will be keep updated although when the contract is finish and the
driver have given absolute ownership of the vehicle it is righteous enough as
he own now the vehicle he will be the one to be responsible for the processing
of all documents needed to renew every year. Besides he will not pay any rent
or boundary to the lessors as he now owns the assigned vehicle already.
