It Used to Be Harder

All of this was changed in November 2008. This was when the UK Tier 5 Visa program was announced to the world. It was a surprise to some, since it was filled with changes. Another ten points is assigned if you are between the ages of 18 and 30. You can receive another 10 points if you have 1,600 GBP in the bank at the time of application.

Less Chance of Being Turned Down

Before the change, it was common to be rejected due to arbitrary reasons. It disappointed a number of applicants, especially when there wasn’t an exact reason for rejection. Today, the UK Tier 5 Visa has set requirements. These rules make it easier for people to know whether they should apply or not.
