During the later stages of the marriage,Tulsa Divorce Lawyers - How To Find The Right Lawyer For Your Case Articles both you and your ex are going to have to make the hard decision that it is time for you all to let go of the marriage and move forward with divorce.  During these later stages of the marriage, you are going to have a lot of thoughts swirling around in your head about the present situation and the future.

With regard to those thoughts swirling around in your mind, we strongly recommend that you contact a divorce lawyer in your community and at a minimum we recommend that you sit down with a divorce lawyer for a half hour consultation.  By doing so, you will be able to have your questions answered by a professionally licensed lawyer and hopefully put your mind at ease.

With regard to finding a lawyer, we recommend that you take your time and make sure that you find the right lawyer.  Finding the right lawyer is not always easy to do and that is the reason why we have provided you with the information below:

Tip Number One.  Do A Google Search.  When searching for a lawyer, Google can be VERY helpful because it allows you to take a look at reviews posted by previous clients.  Keep in mind that the reviews posted by previous clients are not always accurate, but they can provide a good indicator of the lawyer’s reputation.

Tip Number Two:  Ask A Family Member Or Friend.  One of the oldest and most effective ways of finding a quality lawyer is by asking a family member or close friend for a referral.  By getting a referral from someone who you know and trust, you can be at ease with regard to the information being shared.

Tip Number Three:  Yellow Pages.  As a general rule of thumb, lawyers who advertise in the Yellow Pages are lawyers who 1) have been practicing in their community for a long time and 2) have a lot of experience.  Keep in mind though that just because a lawyer has been practicing for a long time and just because they have a lot of experience that does not necessarily mean that they are the right lawyer for you.
