Visa is a must for every person who wants to travel from one country to another. Tier 1 : Exceptionally Skilled persons

The name of this category itself tells you what kind of people will be granted this visa. The number of tier 1 visa are very limited and granted only after detailed investigation.

Tier 2: Skilled Professionals

These people have to be good in their skills and should be bringing value to the UK economy. If a person is coming through a company then they are held accountable for his stay and expenses. If the person has applied to a company in UK, then they have to sponsor that professional. The duration of the visa depends on how the long this professional will be staying in UK for work.

Tier 3: Unskilled Workers

This is a category where people who come to the UK to take up any kind of temporary job. They need not have any professional training or certification in that field.
