Finally, a combination of the telecommunications and state-of-the-art technology equipment allow employees of multi-transnational organizations located in diverse geographical locations to come together and perform meeting in real time as if all participants were sitting in the same office exchanging ideas at the same time.

IT has greatly facilitated the exchange of information among business partners and transnational organizations. The former implies that organizations are also better exposed to information permitting the retrieval of knowledge in a much faster pace. A business partner therefore is not bound to an associate but can inform on business trends and choose a better associate that will enhance customer number, deliver services in a much faster pace or with a lower cost or deliver enhanced services.
