Next, you should think about how you would like to be of service to people. Think about the contribution that you want to make your customers and clients’ lives. There’s no difference on whether you have a service oriented or product oriented business. You should understand that having a clear intention of your service prepares you for success as you gain satisfied customers along with their referrals.  

What’s Your Passion? 

You should also think about the most passionate thing that you love doing for your business? If you have passion, then you gain confidence, enthusiasm, and in the long run, success. This would make you magnetically attractive in the eyes of your customers.
