The lifeblood of any website is the articles that make up the content. Many people write their own content,Crying Out For Website Content Management Software Articles and that is a great way of attracting the search engines. However, writing from scratch, as many people have discovered, is very time consuming, and not always very cost effective.

So, many people turned to PLR (Private Label Rights) articles. These type of articles are written by third parties and distributed or sold with the rights to edit them and publish them as your own. What a time save this is. A lot of the grunt work is removed from this task.

However, it soon becomes apparent, certainly to me at least, that PLR articles bring with them a set of problems all of their own.

For example, you soon build up a library of articles, which is great, but how do you use them? Their sheer variety and volume means that the content management becomes a serious issue.

For example, say you have a library of health related articles; all nicely zipped up and stored on your hard drive. You want to create a website on a subset of these articles, but the content you want could be in any one of 50 zip files.

How do you find what you need?

What you require is website content management software, but there is not a great deal of software that fits the bill. You need to be able to store all of your articles in a database and call a subset of them by keyword, which the content management software will deliver in seconds.

Then, you are in a position to do that, you can either

  *  sell your bundle of articles on to third parties as a product in itself
  *  create a website from this content with your management software
  *  Collate the articles and create an ebook that you can sell
  *  etc ....

If all this was possible, you would have a serious money maker, rather than a money drainer!
