However, if you are obsessed with promoting yourself online, you've got a good thing going. If you want traffic you need to sleep, breathe, and eat promotional marketing techniques. Don't assume that just because you've listed your site with the search engines your work is done. That is just your starting point; the beginning, not the end.
You need to start thinking about press releases. You can write them yourself, or pay someone to write and distribute them for you. Editors expect to receive these by E-Mail these days so with a little research you should be able to come up with the E-Mail addresses of your target market. How about classified ads? Write one for your site and one to promote your newsletter. (You do offer a newsletter, right?)
