You may be wondering what makes network marketing so unique in comparison with all the other entrepreneurs out there.  Everyone deals with challenges as well as opportunities to receive personal growth.  Yet, the difference with network marketing is that it is entirely unlike other industries.  The reason lies within the training of an entrepreneur.  Most do not have formal education and are self-produced.  This means that it was probably someone close to them like a friend or relative serving as a mentor, or it was learned through trial and error.  It is very rare to meet an entrepreneur who possesses an extensive library of books and videos on personal development.  For the majority of businesspeople, seminars and motivational trainings are out of the question because of all the hype involved.  Though this may be the truth in some cases, there are several trainings out there that can instruct on the principles of success far better than any book written.

 

A strong advantage in the network-marketing field is that this form of education is the focus of the training programs within all reputable companies.  The majority of companies will agree that they do invest much time and concentration on personal development.  However, most of the time it is actually personnel development, which is very much different than personal development.

 

Supporters of the network marketing industry refer to it as a people’s business that doesn’t compare to anything else out there.  It also sometimes called a people’s franchise because of the common ground shared between models of network marketing and franchising.  However you look at it, it’s a business that will give you vast opportunities to work with people.  

 

Network marketing is the ultimate people’s business.  That’s what makes this industry unique.  Nobody else out there values personal development in the same way.
