It does help people from being too bored at the job and it gives people a chance to shine in more than one area too. If they can help you get though this you will be able to get off a lot cheaper with getting the site done and they will get a big pat on the back.

Many companies understand the value of good promotional advertising to get the word out about their business. It is good if these things are properly done in such a way that they look great and have a good logo and colorful designs. If you have an artist on staff they will be a huge asset to making this happen. They would have the ability to turn your logo into something that would stop traffic when printed on different items.

You could have a staff member do some drawings that could be used for company promotional t-shirts that would look far better than you would have been able to come up with. People that know how can take a drawing and put in on a computer graphics program to make something look both professional and incredible. Many people do these things on their own time and if you put the word out at the office you will probably get a pretty good response.

You could also check around within your staff if any one does any photography. There are tons of people that are incredibly talented photographers that just do it for fun. You can use these people to take photos for advertising fliers and to make promotional items. There are many promotional products that have the space for an image as well as the logo and a photo could work out well in many instances.
