The Victoria Falls Hotel was built in 1904 and overlooks the Victoria Falls Bridge and the gorges below. Visiting members of Royal families, international statesmen, and celebrities have stayed at the charming Victoria Falls Hotel.

The hotel has 10 suites, 96 standard rooms and 84 deluxe rooms. It is set in acres of lush lawns and exotic flora, and is only a ten minute walk from the actual Falls.

Rafting on the Zambezi is seasonal and dependent on water levels and rainfall. Afternoon trips only run in conjunction with low water, from mid-July to the end of January. The rapids are all grade 4 and 5, with full and half day trip prices ranging from $95 - $110 USD. They include transfers to and from the gorges.

Operating all year long, safaris offer a sunrise or sundown option. The sunrise option begins at 06:30 and finishes at 12:00 with a continental breakfast in the summer and a full English breakfast during winter. The sunset option begins at 3:00 and finishes at 7:00. Snacks and refreshments are provided after interaction with the elephants.
