MLM business is quite simply about duplication and simplicity. There are some tools you can use to keep your business simple and successful. Here are some resources for growing your team:

(1)    Work the system to save time,Here’s How Duplication Works In Your MLM Business Articles energy and money:

Each person in your downline should have all the tools to make their own network marketing business grow. In order to make sure that you are not doing your downline’s work for them, you need to create a system that they can all use to increase duplication. If you don’t have a system for them to follow, then they will be lost and coming back to you for little things. You can keep it simple by giving them website resources, dvds and cds with seminars on them. If each of them is willing to work the system, then you will save time and money. Just be sure to have each person work on the same system in the same way. Don’t worry if this seems redundant, because all of your new leads will help to reinforce the system.

(2)    KISS – keep it simple, silly!

These letters are an abbreviation for keeping everything simple. Your system should be clear enough that anyone can follow it. Don’t bring the complexities to the table for your downline. All major successful corporations have systems which each office follows. Major retailers all have the same sales techniques. Your business should do the same thing. The simpler the system is, the easier it is to follow for everyone to get great results.

(3)    80/20 rule

Another rule to keep in mind for downline duplication is the 80/20 rule. This means that you need to remember that only 20% of your associates will take the time and do the work! The 80% that are not willing to invest the time and energy into this system are not your problem. They don’t want this as badly as you do. Spend your time and energy on the 20% who want to make it. Be sure to teach them this rule, as well.

When you are teaching your downline to duplicate, make sure that you are talking to each and every person in the system. Don’t leave your newbies to fend for themselves. That would set them up for failure. Once you train three or more levels of leaders, then your group can run on its own. Don’t quit too soon, leaving your downline in the lurch.
