How's your business activities coming along? If you're not up to your eyeballs in new customers and new downline agents, consistently, every week, then let me ask some questions:

mediaimage

Do you understand what it could mean for you,You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet! Articles financially, if you just consistently gathered one new agent and one new customer every week?

Do you understand what products and services you have to offer?

Do you understand your business opportunity well enough to be able to explain it to a friend or neighbor that might be interested in making some extra money, "if the right business opportunity came along"?

Do you understand what it can mean for you, financially, to recruit new agents and help them become successful?

Do you understand the benefits of working your business to get promoted to the first promotional level, and helping your downline agents to understand it too?

If your answer to any of the above is "no", and you're not taking steps to correct it, then let me ask another question, compliments of Dr Phil:

So how's that workin' for ya?

In other words, if what you're doing now is not getting you to where you want to be, uh, is it time to do things differently? If you keep doing what you've been doing, are you going to be where you want to be in 2, 3, or even 5 years?

Ok, didn't mean to throw a guilt trip on you, but it's something that we all need to be aware of, myself readily included. One of the things we all need to remember is that no money is made if we don't sell products and services. I hope this is obvious to you, but I actually got an email a few months back from one of my downline agents asking why he hadn't gotten a commission check yet. Looking into it, he had ZERO customers. Uh....

As far as recruiting new agents, it's really a two-step process. One is to recruit them, the second and equally important step is to help them understand what needs to happen for them to start getting a commission check. Get them plugged into training calls, online classrooms, introduce them to their upline, and ask your upline for help if you need to. Remember, for each agent that you add to your downline, you get commission on each customer they gather, as well as the customers of the new agents THEY gather, as well as the customers of the agents they gather, etc ... all the way down for multiple levels.

Now remember, you don't want to recruit new agents just for the sake of recruiting because that gets you nothing. An agent in your downline who gets ZERO customers is no good to you, or to themselves. You probably have some agents who have a very respectable number of agents in their entire downline organization ... but if you look at their reports, you'll see more zeros than my last class reunion!

If you recruit motivated people who have a desire to succeed, as well as helping them to get started (even if it's just keeping in touch with them and getting them plugged into the trainings and help resources that are readily available), you can begin to build an organization that you can be proud of, and that will be creating a revenue stream for you.

Back to the title for this diatribe, I just gotta tell you that YOU AIN'T SEEN NOTHIN' YET. The Network Marketing industry is here to stay. Although likely to evolve more...the industry can only get stronger. Why? Because it makes sense....and WORKS if YOU work. Plus it's the one true option to escape the J.O.B. for anyone willing.

At this point, you've got a fabulous set of products and services that you can market and sell at extremely competitive pricing, and receive impressive commissions (of course....depending on the company you've chosen to align yourself with).

My encouragement to you is that if you've started building your business, that's fantastic and keep at it. If you're new or haven't really started yet, now would be an excellent time to position yourself with downline agents and new customers, because you're gonna just LOVE it when you see what's coming. Optimistic?? Guilty as charged. Why? Well....why not??

If you understand and realize that it's GREAT right now...

You ain't seen nothin' yet.

Is Skype Taking Over VoIP In North America??

Is Skype Taking Over VoIP In North America??

If the news from broadband management company Sandvine is any indication...the answer is yes. At least for residential anyway. Calls using Skype account for nearly half of the VOIP minutes used (46.2%) and about 40% of the VOIP bandwidth used in North America, according to an analysis done by Sandvine. That puts Skype usage ahead of Vonage, Cablevision, and other popular branded residential VOIP offerings. In fact, Sandvine says Skype users account for 35.8% of individual VOIP callers on North American networks.

MLM Company Directory....Use It!

If I've said it once I've said it a million times....when looking for a business for God's sake PLEASE do your homework. Part of that due diligence means you must learn as much as possible about the company (or companies) you're looking at. One very nice resource to help you do this is the MLM Company Directory at MLM.com. You'll find information on commission plan, sales method, product, their stock symbol and market reports if they are a public company, an expanded company description, any press releases from the company, and more. As most of this info is supplied by the company itself....be aware that it may sound a bit biased. But it is an excellent place to start and is reviewed for facts before publishing by InfoTrax Systems (owner of MLM.com).
