Letting go is done knowing that what you are wanting has already happened. Hence it includes gratitude and celebration. This kind of letting go takes faith and courage. One sets an intent,Letting Go Articles visualizes it happening, gives thanks that it has happened no matter what the outside evidence is and then lets and lets the universe manifest the thing that is intended. Most people are not especially comfortable with letting go. Yet it is the most important part of manifesting and evolving. Manifesting and evolving are the same process in many ways. Everything that exists and everyone are made of energy. This energy is love. The purpose of love is to evolve to become more the love, eventually merging with Source. Therefore, love is evolution. When you try and force something to happen, to come your way, you are slowing its evolution and yours. What would you like to change in your personal life? What dreams are you aspiring to, but hold back from doing because of a past belief or set of circumstance which causes negative thinking for you? What are you holding onto that you know is not for you anymore? What relationship has troubled you? What big change are you avoiding? Are you feeling more comfort in unhappy familiarity rather than delving into unknown territories? What career changes, perhaps even a total change of direction, could bring about more satisfaction? It’s time to let go of the past, to release that which no longer serves our growth, and to rebuild upon a new foundation. We are all healers, and this is a great opportunity to transform our lives in a way that will nourish our soul.We need not be guilty of creating a life of happiness. There is no need to hurt those who have limited us in freeing ourselves. And, in some cases, we may need to break free from a career, a job, a relationship, or even family in order to create the life we want. However, most letting go is not usually burning a bridge, but often letting go is an inside job: letting go might mean changing our belief pattern, a way we process emotion, or how we view life. It always means letting go of the old patterns of behavior that do not serve us well. It means claiming the new is already here with an attitude of gratitude. Sometimes there just isn't room in our lives for anything new. So some times letting go is just making room for the new. We struggle with letting anything go we like our sameness. It is like an old bath robe comfortable though it is falling apart. Some times negative things are comfortable. They are all we have ever known and we don't know what will fill that empty place they will leave if we really let them go. This is where faith comes in we have to know that we deserve something different and our good is on its way. This process is an inside job. By changing what we BELIEVE we deserve, letting go of our negative self-criticism, and embracing loving thoughts and behavior, we can create the life of abundance, joy, fun, and love that we deserve.
