While Indian men previously only wore these kurta’s at night or for important occasions they’ve now started wearing them as a semi formal ensemble. Kurta’s are usually worn along with pyjama’s. Pyjamas are like loose trousers with a string that’s tied at the waist and are traditionally white in color.
