Naturally, this could only mean one thing and that is that they are living a wonderful life as much as they can without suffering from their unfortunate condition. There may be some limitations in their movements though because of the wheelchair they are dragging around. Nevertheless, pet-owners may be sure that their dogs would not anymore mind such minor inconveniences.
