If it's not for her leadership traits the Albania born Mother Teresa will not have grown to fantastic levels to win the hearts of the thousands and thousands of people throughout the world. She served the poor,Leadership Qualities of Mother Teresa Articles orphaned and dying people for a lot more than forty-five years and under no circumstances was tired of her service. While the people infected with leprosy were regarded as untouchables, she extended her services to them and cared for all of them by starting a lot of homes.

At the time she began her missionary work she had only three saris plus a five rupee note in her hand. The lady proved to the entire world that one can attain nearly anything in this globe even with no money. At the time the lady noticed orphan kids perishing out of hunger she walked to the bakery person and begged him to give some bread. The enraged guy spit on her palm. But Mother Teresa told him gently that she would keep the spit for herself and pleaded with him to give something to eat to the weak and orphaned young children holding out her other hand. The man recognized her gentle personality and later contributed her with breads every time she expected. This particular event shows her magnanimity, one of this great leadership traits in her.

The lady was very simple and humble that she never ever cared for her own conveniences. The sari she wore costs just one Us dollar. The white colored sari with blue border is now a token of peace and solace to the weak and desolate. She realized very well that if she must cure other people she should suffer herself and this was what precisely she stated to Princess Diana at one time when she met her. She took endeavours in the course of a famine in Ethiopia, spread the message to the then Usa President Ronald Reagan and he provided his assistance to the area with food and medicine.

Mother Teresa was very humble and never cared concerning her personal image, a rare quality which can hardly be seen in any leader throughout the globe. When she happened to take a trip in flights, she used to gather the excess meals from every one of the individuals within the plane and delivered the collected foods to the hungry and desperate individuals. Even though she got no cash very often, the lady never hesitated to beg to support people.

She was extremely daring in helping individuals struggling from leprosy. She never was tired in assisting the refugees, blind, homeless, flood and famine subjects and lepers. The weak and forlorn people were brought to the homes and they were provided clinical attention. They had been given an opportunity to pass away with dignity and during their final moments, the Muslims were read the verses from Quran, the Hindus were given holy water from the Ganges and the Christians received the last Rites. Even though she had been a Christian, this is simply sufficient to portray the top leadership quality of kindness in her.

Upon her demise on fifth September 1997 she was memorialized through museums and galleries, educational institutions, films on her life, Mother Teresa photos and Mother Teresa videos. Even though this society lost a good leader, she left a huge number of fans to spread out her principles and undertake her service.
