In the bible, GOD's Envoy - Jesus, could not do alot of mighty works in certain regions of ancient Isreal because of the inherent unbelief in the inhabitants of those cities, and especially his own home town. Whatever you decree physically will take root and start to germinate in the spirit realm till it reaches maturity and realization in this tangible world.
We have to believe in the omnipresence of GOD, to a level that He's with us at every inch of our challenging journey through this temporal life on earth. With humans, so many things are impossible, but with GOD on your side, nothing will ever be impossible for you to achieve. You must also learn to love GOD and observe His commandments with all your heart, soul and strength so that His creation, mother nature, will always backup whatever it is you intend doing. We must also humble ourselves at all times; by doing so, GOD will exalt us in due time. For whoever exalts himself will be humbled and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.
