We learn what God is at the end

DEU 4:27
And the LORD shall scatter you among the nations,
and ye shall be left few in number among the heathen,
whither the LORD shall lead you.
DEU 4:28
And there ye shall serve gods, the work of men's hands,
wood and stone, which neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell.

From DEU 31:16-17 until the end, it was a mystery as to what God is.

DEU 4:29
But if from thence thou shalt seek the LORD thy God, thou shalt find him,
if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
DEU 4:30
When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee,
***even in the latter days,***
if thou turn to the LORD thy God,
and shalt be obedient unto his voice;

DAN 12:4
But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book,
***even to the time of the end:***
many shall run to and fro,
***and knowledge shall be increased.***

HAB 2:2
And the LORD answered me, and said,
Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables,
that he may run that readeth it.
HAB 2:3
For the vision is yet for an appointed time,
***but at the end it shall speak,***
and not lie:
though it tarry, wait for it;
because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

REV 10:7
But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel,
***when he shall begin to sound,*** (# REV 11:15 = 2nd Coming)
the mystery of God should be finished,
as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

JER 23:19
Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury,
even a grievous whirlwind:
it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked.
JER 23:20
The anger of the LORD shall not return,
until he have executed,
and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart:
***in the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly.***
