In this era of technology advancement digital camerahas come up with varied technical advances. This is the device which is used for digital photography.

The Digital camera has the same features which a film camera has. Both of them have a lens along with a changeable diaphragm and shutter that can capture the accurate amount of light which is needed to shoot an image,Technical advancement inDigital Camera Articles in the similar way as the film camera does. But the only difference is that the image capture by the analog camera is chemical rather than electronic. Most of the digital camera has a typical tropic screw.

There are two types of broad battery which are supported bydigital camera. Off- the- shell batteries may be a single not reusable or a rechargeable battery. Most frequently AA, CR2 or CR-V3 batteries together with AAA batteries are used in a camera. The CR2 and CR-V3 are lithium based battery which is meant for solitary use. CR2 and CR-V3 are also used in camcorders. AA batteries are most commonly used, though the un-rechargeable alkaline batteries are able to power the camera only for a short period of time. This un-rechargeable battery can be used occasionally, but if a customer wants to use the camera for a longer period of time then they must use the AA Nickel metal hydride batteries (NiMH) which supply enough power to the camera and are easily rechargeable. One can easily obtain the rechargeable battery from the market that are available at different ampere-hour (AH) or milli-ampere-hour (mAh) ranking. The lithium ion batteries are betterthan the Nickel metal hydride battery, as the lithium ion batteries are three to five times lighter than the NiMH rechargeable battery and also twice lower in volume than the NimH battery.

The proprietary battery is the other type of battery format that is used in the digital camera, all proprietary battery are lithium ion. As they only allow certain amount of recharge before the battery life begins corrupting i.e. almost up to 500 cycles.

Due to frequent use of digital cameramany photographers asked a question that whether the film camera can be transformed in to a digital camera or not, and the answer was undoubtedly no. The reason being the bulkiness of 35mm film camera and on the other hand it would be too expensive. In order to convert a film camera into a digital camera the back of the camera have to replace with the convention build digital units.

Inmany manufacturing industries and high-end specialized cinematography bazaar, most of the camera system use removable image sensor, for instance medium format SLR cameras like the Mamiya 645D, which permits the installation of either a digital camera rear or a traditional photographic film rear.
