It is interesting to know that before you can start building your home on the land that you just bought, you need to do a soil test beforehand. You even might find out that building there isn’t legit or recommended.

Water content test

Specific pressure test
The specific pressure test is used to analysis the density of the soil to the density of the water. The denser the soil the more dangerous the soil will be to construction.
It is important to know what type of soil your builders will have to deal with when they start building. And a pressure test will give a much better picture of the type of soil you are going to work with.
Dry mass test
How dry is the soil around the construction? There are three different compaction levels that you need to make sure about. It is known as heavily compacted, medium compaction, or loose compaction. Unconstrained soil is much harder to construct on, but it is safer than another type of sand.
However, there are some constructors that prefer the dense soil for construction.
Soil testing and construction inspections are essential. A contractor can get into serious trouble if he starts building without making sure that the soil is correct for construction. And, that he doesn’t hide anything about the building process.
