One of the biggest things to keep in mind when going out fishing is safety. Being out on open water can be lots of fun or really dangerous depending on whom you’re with. You need to be sure to wear life jackets and always stay alert and aware of what’s going on. Also, do not drink alcohol, since this can impair your judgment. Measuring

Once you get the hang of things while fishing, you may catch an assortment of seafood. When the day wraps up and you’re ready to head back in, it’s a good idea to measure what you’ve caught.
