A diet that includes fruits and vegetables can enhance your fitness program because it prevents overeating. Examples of healthy fruit and vegetable choices are dark leafy vegetables, spinach, raspberries, bell peppers, melons, bananas, and carrots.   There are several easy and fun fitness tips that will also help such as doing your cleaning instead of hiring someone to do it, working in the garden, going for a short walk before breakfast, walking the dog, doing a few stretching exercises while watching TV and keeping exercise equipment accessible and used.
