If we pass our fiftieth birthday, there will be an obvious mark in the calendar of our lives-the oldness. People who promise longevity by running have to make some rectifications with vigor. We have to keep instilling creativity into running. And this creativity is the source of sports, it does not only energize your body cells, but also maintain the exuberant function of every part of the body and unifies you completely both physically and mentally. Mental Health contains physical health. When people are getting old, it's necessary to adjust sport event. The charms of exercise are simple and practical.
