I started running exercise several years ago, but not long after that, I started to eat have a redundant lunch, two pieces of burgers, French fried snacks and added some drinks such as milk. But I regret doing that and can not control my diet, I feel physically heavy, and I almost can not imagine the horrific scene of running. I struggled to finish the running exercise and all this is depend on my strong will, no happy experience at all. But the result is not like that, I run faster than the previous day, feel like floating, almost without touching the ground. My feet are as quickly as feathers, gently in contact with the asphalt, sand and grass.
Another experience of running is when I eat not full. I was doing exercise and preparing for a marathon game, I want to feel thinner and lighter than before. Before I start, I already feel powerless. Besides, it was extremely hot that day, almost Ninety Fahrenheit degrees. I think the last two running experiences in the same scene, I am not pleased at all. However, when I ran down the runway, slowly adjust the pace of the rhythm; I suddenly realized that it would also be unusual day. So I ignore the high temperature, run on the sticky asphalt road along easily and feel relaxed, strong and no weariness. At a park three miles from my home, there is a river, I stopped to drink water, then run forward again. Watch the beautiful landscape and the boat passing away. When I finally came to the final place, I am little tired and slowed down at last.
We can know from these two running experiences, with different food, Our bodies have the amazing ability to adapt. Another conclusion is that nutritional supply is not the most important. You can increase the capacity of running by reasonable diet. From long period aspect, you may get good performance by good diets buy you can not guarantee certain running game. There are many other variables in the process of running.
Many professional nutritionists can not agree on the same inclusion. For example, to a running man, is no food good for running? This seems is a fundamental problem.
With the same principles, the result will be different to different people, so each of us need to know the special body conditions. So a authorized expert said that "Methods apply to one person does not necessarily apply to another person, it does not matter if only we have normal diets.
