Can a betting system that wins 97% of the time in two different sports, but only 63% of the time in a third sport be called a scam? If you know this going in, it's hard to see how it could. If you play the two high percentage sports and lay off the low percentage sport, you might be singing a different tune on your way to the bank. Find out what this all means in the following article...

The headline at the website sportsbettingchamp.com boldly announces: "Discover How You Can   INSTANTLY Win 97% Of Your Sports Bets Using My Proven Sports Betting System!" Without a doubt,Why Sports Betting Champ Is Not a Sham Articles this headline does grab your attention. "Ninety-seven percent! Really?" you think. The website then goes on to document (using written, video, and audio extracts) the experiences that several clients have had with the betting system, complete with their glowing endorsements of the results they have gotten from the product that its developer, John Morrison, puts out. And instantly the reader is ushered into a heady atmosphere of seeming emotional hyperbole.

At first glance, one is tempted not to accept the hyperbole. It's just human nature to doubt the hype. The reader wants more than just glowing endorsements. He wants proof! Plain and simple. If this is actually possible, he is thinking, how can I, too, obtain these same results using this system?

Then he reads further.

Current 2009-10 NBA season as of 12/20/2009 : 24 wins - 0 Losses
2009 MLB season: 49 wins - 0 Losses
2008-09 NBA season: 79 wins - 0 Losses

These are outstanding statistics, if they can be proven true. Further on down the litany of information, the reader comes upon an offer to subscribe to a free newsletter that John puts out. In it John promises to reveal his "top-secret sports betting tips" and how to avoid making the same critical mistakes that 96% of sport bettors make. When you click on that button and send him your email information, you are sent an instant reply with the first tip, which has been reproduced below:

Dr. John Morrison's Secret Sports Betting Tip#1:
"In Major League Baseball, a team usually plays another team 3 games in a row on 3 consecutive days. Historically, a team is able to go 3-0 against their opponent in their 3-game series only 10% of the time! Lesson: If a team loses the first game of the series, odds are in their favor that they will still come back and win at least 1 game in the remaining games of their series. Odds are even greater in their favor if they're at least evenly matched with their opponent!"

If you are a baseball fan and have been following the game closely, you know (meaning that it's not just conjecture) that what he is stating here is true, statistically speaking. This is a good sign. John is telling us the truth. This makes sense.

Further on down that email John states that once you secure your membership you will not only have possession of his proven system, but you will also receive all his picks for both the NBA and MLB for life. It just so happens to be that these two sports coincide with the two sports that John has been able to maintain a 97% average winning streak in his picks. John openly admits that his system for NFL betting is only 63% effective. And yet, he is not including this in his claim, telling you how to achieve a 97% winning mark in your own betting endeavors. Once again, John is telling the reader the truth.

It is up to the reader, should he decide to become a member, to take responsibility for the bets and sports he plays. So, it is possible, for those who wish to stick with only the highest percentage bets, to avoid betting on many (if any at all) NFL games, thus giving themselves an opportunity to copy John's results. If you notice, John doesn't brag about his results with his NFL picks. That's because the odds of winning a high percentage of NFL bets is stacked against the bettor. It's a more difficult environment to call consistently because the critical statistics being analyzed are constantly changing, which makes for the possibility and realization of more losses.

While it may seem like hype at first, a closer look at John Morrison's Sports Betting Champ system reveals that John is only claiming what he legitimately can claim to be true about his sports betting system. Any professional gambler will tell you that for system betting to be successful, you have to remain disciplined and focused on the goal: placing bets on only those games that give you the highest percentage odds to win. If you can do that, you'll be taking money to the bank.
